Byspåret & Elljusspåret Trails
Byspåret
5/10 km
Elljusspåret and Byspåret in Lofsdalen partially share the same trail, so the same grooming information applies to both. The upper part of Byspåret (the section not overlapping with Elljusspåret) has a designated skiing direction. Follow the posted signs.
Byspåret and Elljusspåret are connected by a shared section, allowing travel between them. This section is double-tracked, so be aware that skiers may be approaching from both directions—ski with caution. The trail starts at the Alpine Ski Area/Fjällhotellet (P1: see the map at the bottom of the page). There is a steep climb from the start up to 2 km. You can also access the trail from the parking area at Uppvallen (P2). This trail is suitable for those who want to ski in a sheltered forest environment. Although Byspåret’s name might suggest it is an easy trail, in reality, it includes many steep hills.
